Who We Are:: Profile Eric Virgona Partner Eric Virgona brings with him a wealth of knowledge built on over 30 years of management and sales experience in the manufacturing industry. With a degree in science, one of his earlier roles was with ICI Plastics Group in 1977 as Technical Services Officer, where his responsibilities encompassed marketing, scheduling and management duties. Eric later accepted a position as General Manager with Barfell Industries, leading a team of 70 employees, managing a $10M hose and hose systems business. National Can Industries later offered Eric a role as Manager of NCI Plastics, and within four years, he had increased the growth of the business by over 20% compound per annum and been promoted to the role of General Manager, where he introduced new products, distribution channels and the acquisition of a competitor many times their size. Later, with Jenkin Brothers Engineers, he assisted management in formulating an acquisition strategy and guiding them through its implementation. Throughout his career, Eric has developed a reputation of achieving profits through successful people management.
